Method 2: Import YouTube Playlist to Spotify with a Dedicated App
For iOS users, you can download a free app Songshift from AppStore. It allows you to transfer unlimited songs between 2 music services. It also provided in-app purcahse for those who want to connect more music services and transfer playlists across different platforms.
It supports many music platforms including Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, Tidal, Deezer, Pandora, Discogs, Lost.fm, and Napster.
If you don’t upgrade to the paid version, which is $3.99, you can connect only two music streaming services at a time. It is enough for you to move YouTube playlist to Spotify. When you want to transfer playlist to different service, you can always disconnect one and connect another.
If you use an Android phone, then you can use Stamp, which also comes with a free version. Unlike Songshift, the free version of Stamp only allows you to convert 10 songs from a playlist.
I actually don’t recommend this application, but that’s the only free app that I have found on Android. The application works worse than most of the web application. Sometimes, you will be redirected to a web browser to log in your account. If you don’t like this, you can use the next method, which I like the most.

The third method is a web application that is totally free without limitations. The best part? It not only allows you to transfer playlists but also helps you sync playlist among different platforms. When you edit a playlist, the changes will also effect on other music services connected to this free service.
